Kelvin
I needed product videos and ads for my work without paying for tools like Higgsfield, Canva, and Photoshop. So I built one internal studio that does all three and pays only for what it uses.
The story
I kept needing video for my own work: launch films, feature walkthroughs, and ads for GradLaunch. Subscriptions to an AI video platform like Higgsfield, plus Canva and Photoshop for everything else, add up fast. Kelvin replaces all of that with one internal tool, and it calls the AI models directly, so I only pay for what I generate.
Video is the core. I describe what I want in a chat and Kelvin acts as the director: it breaks the brief into scenes, shoots each one with the Seedance video model, lays titles over the footage, adds voiceover, and exports a finished cut up to five minutes long. A free preview mode builds a whole cut from recipes and product walkthroughs with zero model spend, so I only spend real credits once the edit is right.
The hard part of AI video is making it feel like one film instead of a pile of clips. Kelvin keeps a fixed seed per cut, hands the last frame of each shot to the next one, and can anchor every shot to a single hero still. Finishing includes real 3D LUTs, grain and halation rendered in WebGL, loudness mastering to web and Apple standards, captions, and export presets for YouTube, LinkedIn, Reels, and TikTok.
Photo and Playground cover the rest of what I used to pay for. Photo handles layers, retouching, grading, cropping, and export for stills; Playground is for Instagram posts, slide decks, and whiteboards with fonts, shapes, and pages. Assets move between all three, and a brand kit keeps logos, colors, fonts, and banned words consistent.
Every cut gets a deterministic Film Score out of 100 across ten things an editor checks, and each lost point names its fix. The frames here come from a GradLaunch film made in Kelvin.
