Applied Intelligence

Applied Intelligence is my consulting and build practice for AI workflows, automation, and custom software. I focus on practical systems people will actually use day to day: finding the repetitive work, mapping the process, and automating the bottleneck.

The practice runs on a CRM I built for myself: prospecting from free public data (Wikidata, SEC filings, corporate registries), company-site scanning to find people, email discovery and verification, and a pipeline where won deals become revenue. It sits behind Clerk with required two-factor auth.

To show what custom software could look like, I also built two sample products that run on demo data: an HR platform with a live role switcher (HR admin, manager, employee), AI briefings, attrition flags, and PTO coverage checks, and a CRM with a pipeline, command palette, and an assistant that works offline. Neither is used by a company; they are concept builds.
